Richard Baca AKA Big Rich Tha Don, is a Mexican American hip-hop ''''Chicano'''' rap artist from the state of New Mexico.

On October 1st, 2005 at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in the city of Albuquerque, Big Rich Tha Don set a new standard for hip-hop performances in New Mexico.

Rap artist Big Rich Tha Don and the Fly 505 Dancers stepped onto the stage in the Roy E. Disney Center for Performing Arts changing the era of Albuquerque hip-hop performances. As the Mexican Gangster hit the stage with his dancers a presence was felt over the crowd and the Don was in the house.
