In response to increasing demand as a national touring speaker, Kalonji Jama Changa is set to embark on a nationwide tour beginning June 2005.  "The Ride or Die 2005 Tour" sponsored by Departure Magazine, will kick off in the Atlanta area and continue to stop at a number of major cities across the U.S. all summer long.

Tackling issues like police terrorism, chemical and biological warfare and bringing light to issues such as the plight of political prisoners, "The Ride or Die 2005 Tour" stands out among its kind.

Among numerous other endeavors, Kalonji's efforts to organize African and colonized people include a syndicated column known as "The War Report", a weekly show on Black Mic Radio and the position of National Chief Coordinator of the Prisoners of Conscience Committee (POCC).

There has long been a need for speakers who not only deliver the news, but actually put in the work to help combat the issues they speak out on.  As such a speaker, Kalonji has become known for putting theory into practice and igniting crowds with a style which stirs up controversy wherever he goes.  It is this fact that makes this tour different from other attempts of the same nature.

The term "Ride or Die" was originated by the Black Panther Party in the 60's and serves as the theme of the tour, which will attempt to create a united front among disenfranchised Black communities within the U.S.  It is these communities that bear the brunt of many of the issues that Kalonji will speak out against throughout the tour.

As in the past, "The Ride or Die 2005 Tour" expects to pull in audiences of both young and old alike.

Various stops along the tour will also feature guest appearances by the revolutionary hip hop rap group FTP - "Fuck the Police", as well as a number of other surprise guests.

With the dismal state of African and colonized people nationwide, "The Ride or Die 2005 Tour" is set to arrive right on time.
