The Committee (Jones-Loyalty-So-Visible) formed by four independent company’s in Cleveland Ohio are presenting a hip hop benefit concert for the 17th annual Greater Cleveland AIDS Walk/Greater Cleveland Aids Taskforce.

The concert will take place August 2, 2007 at Peabody’s Entertainment Complex. Phoenix Jones, Check Loyalty, So Sincere and Visible Lyrics joined forces to make this an event that will continue for years to come.

"We are thrilled that so many members of the hip hop community are stepping forward in the fight against HIV/AIDS," David Fearn AIDS Walk Coordinator told ThugLifeArmy.com. "The funds raised for critically needed services will be much appreciated, but the influence the hip hop artists will have in framing the realties of HIV/AIDS in Northeast Ohio helping us present options for education and prevention will be equally important".

The hip hop benefit concert is an all age benefit that will begin at 7pm. Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 day of the event. Ticket purchase can be made either through Ticketmaster, Peabody’s, The Committee, or the AIDS Task Force of Greater Cleveland.

"There is nothing better than seeing everyone come together for something so important like the health & future of the hip hop community" says So Sincere, the events coordinator for ITW Marketing and an independent photographer, who spearheads the benefit concert. "AIDS/HIV is an EVERYONE disease, it doesn’t discriminate, black white gay or straight it doesn’t matter, it affects EVERYONE, and hip - hop is the same way for me, it's EVERYONES music it doesn’t discriminate either so it's only natural the two combine. I am so proud of the Ohio hip hop community and the sponsors for embracing this event and I am so grateful for the support from my fellow committee members and the staff at the Greater Cleveland Aids Taskforce."
