New York City's Number1 Hip Hop and R&B radio station, HOT 97 FM (WQHT) has announced that HOT 97 Summer Jam 2008 presented by Boost Mobile is returning to Giant's Stadium (East Rutherford NJ) on Sunday June 1st with a star studded Hip Hop line-up including KANYE WEST, RIHANNA, T PAIN, RAY J & YUNG BERG, THE DREAM, D BLOCK featuring STYLES P & SHEEK LOUCH, PUBLIC ENEMY and LIL WAYNE featuring GYM CLASS HEROES. The worlds of Hip Hop and Sports will collide June 1st at Giant's Stadium, home of the current Superbowl Champion New York Giants, as HOT 97 Summer Jam incorporates a sports theme featuring surprise sports celebrity appearances and more. HOT 97 Summer Jam has become the biggest Hip Hop concert and the longest running Hip Hop and R&B radio station concert event in the world. Since 1994, HOT 97 Summer Jam has outgrown New York arenas and in 2003, moved into the area's largest venue, Giants Stadium where it remains in 2008 for the sixth consecutive year to accommodate fans. Past HOT 97 Summer Jam performers and appearances at HOT 97 Summer Jam have been a who's who of Hip Hop and R&B royalty, including Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, Notorious B.I.G, Diddy, Jamie Fox, Eminem, 50 Cent, Mariah Carey, Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Mary J Blige, Janet Jackson, Chris Brown and others.
