There are a lot of Tupac sites who are offering "Uppercut" with Tupac for download. The track is supposedly from the rappers upcoming album titled’ Loyal to the Game’. It features Tupac's ''Outlawz'' and was produced by Eminem. This is not an official release from Amaru or Interscope Records and should then be considered a bootleg or stolen property from the estate of the late rap legend Tupac Shakur. Any Tupac site who has this MP3 for download would have to prove that it is not copyright infringement and that they have permission from Interscope Records and / or Afeni Shakur and Amaru Recordsto offer it. Sites that rep or supposedly rep for Tupac should not take this kind of action. Even a site who has a campaign against Tupac bootlegs has it on their site. Since it is not an official release offered by Amaru or Interscope; out of respect for Tupac, Afeni and Tupac’s estate – We are not offering it for download. Wait and buy the album. On line piracy of artist material is considered theft, and should be looked at by all as such. Thanks you for understanding our stance, it is the right thing to do.
