The Third The World of Rap Awards A Positive World is a music award presentation organized to highlight the Positive World of Rap. It is planned  as a two hour entertainment television special. The program will be recorded on Feb. 23, 2006 the third day of Magic. The edited program will be distributed to network independent and affiliated television stations of significant demographic appeal across the US and International markets on a delayed broadcast.

This gala awards presentation will be held at the Cashman Center Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada. the entertainment capitol of the world. It will serve as a benefit show for several national non profit organizations. The program will feature an array of popular Rap personalities who hail from the music, film and television industries. These stars will participate as presenters, special performers, attendees, nominees and award winners. The audience of approximately 1,922 will consists of approximately 244 Celebrities, 1124 VIPs and Special Guest and 554 Fans and Contest winners.

During the 2 hour made for TV special, top pre recorded Rap Music Videos will take center stage and will highlight visual performances from some of the hottest Hip-Hop and Rap Artist in The World Of Rap today. Such hip-hop and rap artists like, LL Cool J, Snoop Dogg,  P Diddy, Will Smith, Master P, Eminem, Queen Latifah, Ice Cube, Lil Kim, Foxy Brown, Jay Z, DMX, Eve, XZIBIT, Lil Flip, Bow Wow, Game, NAS, Fat Joe, Sean Paul, Lil Wayne, Baby, Romeo and Joe Budden.

These are only a few of The World Of Rap superstars who are likely to appear on the  special. Some are currently receiving national TV and Motion Picture exposure while others are receiving local exposure.

The process message they we will attempt to convey to our audiences is designed to achieve the following: To present awards and acknowledge those in The World Of Rap who have presented  a  POSITIVE IMAGE and POSITIVE MUSIC. To present awards to those in The World Of Rap music, Artist, Producers, Engineers, Writers and others who have accomplished high standards of achievements. To provide a National and International visual forum to acknowledge those in The World Of Rap, like Country and Western Music, Pop Music, Latin Music, Soul Music. Rap Music is the number one music genre in the world and it did not have it’s own award  show, until now.
