May 16, MTV News will bring you the second installment of its popular, provocative and controversial hip hop series, “The Hottest MC’s In The Game.” A panel will convene once again to debate, dissect, and ultimately declare the MC’s who are making the greatest impact in hip hop right now. MTV is also giving viewers the opportunity to express their own opinions on who they think is today’s Hottest Hip Hop MC.
