After violence, apparently against hip-hop rap mogul Suge Knight, marred last nights studded festivity hosted by Grammy wining hip hop rap artist Kanye West in Miami Beach’s Shore Club, police are looking for a suspect. Police reports describe the shooter as a black man wearing a pink shirt.

Marion ‘Suge’ Knight, according to officials at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach is in good condition. He has been operated on for non-life threatening injuries. Suge Knight had a bullet removed from his upper leg and a repair made for a fractured bone during the surgery.

The MTV Video Music Awards have brought many hip-hop and rap celebrities to Miami for tonight’s show.

The Miami and Miami Beach police have had a black ring-binder six inches thick that they were supposed to be using to help them prevent potential violent conflict. Seems their ‘book’ did not foresee this coming. Lets see how ‘serious’ the Miami police are about solving this violent crime against one of hip-hop cultures legendary icons.

Of course the main stream press is bringing up all of Suge Knights past and his relation to Tupac Shakur and a lot of other things that are not relevant to this incident. Suge being arrested for something years ago does not have anything to do with going to a party and being targeted for violence. They are turning the victim into the ‘guilty’ party. Watch what you read and remember the mainstream press loves head lines and will ‘twist’ things to make them. Their ‘track record’ speaks for itself. We all remember the Vibe Awards incident.

More as we can get it.
