Hip-hop / rap record mogul Marion ‘Suge’ Knight is responsible for many of the classic hip-hop sounds of the 90’s. His label, Death Row Records, was the major player, with hip-hop and rap artists like gangsta rap icon Tupac Shakur, rapper/producer Dr.Dre, also Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger and many others calling the label ‘home’.

In 1992 Marion 'suge'' Knight started the now infamous hip-hop and rap label Death Row Records and quickly rose to become a part of hip-hop history, thru many of the tracts offered on this cd.

Death Row Presents – A Hip-Hop History was released in the U.K. yesterday, September 26^th. The cover says Universal/Death Row.

This is one of the best collections of Death Row material to be assembled.
