New York female gangsta rap artist Foxy Brown went after a couple of Manhattan manicurists during a beef over a bill, police said. The Aug. 27 outburst got female rapper Foxy Brown slapped with an assault charge yesterday. Brown allegedly attacked and beat the victims with her cell phone when they disagreed about how much she owed for a manicure and a pedicure at Bloomie Nails in Chelsea. The beautiful rap artist, whose real name is Inga Marchand; surrendered to police at the 13th Precinct stationhouse after the workers complained. "She didn''t like the services," a police source said of what sparked the incident inside the shop, at 170 W. 23rd St. |
