J.Flexx, formerly of hip hop mogul Marion ‘Suge’ Knights Death Row Records, releases his debut album March 27th on Long Live Crime Records.

J.Flexx spent several years as a writer for hip hop / rap producer and artist Dr. Dre during his tenure at the iconic hip hop label Death Row Records. The first song he wrote in that collaboration. "Natural Born Killaz", became a Top 40 hit for Dre and Ice Cube in 1994.

J.Flexx's success continued when he wrote Dre's part in the legendary hip hop track "California Love", a duet with Tupac Shakur (2Pac). J.Flexx wrote "Keep Their Heads Ringin", the first single from legendary hip hop icon Ice Cube's soundtrack "Friday" (which ultimately sold over 2 million units).

He followed that success with "Been There, Done That", the only single released from "Dr Dre presents the Aftermath". J.Flexx has also been involved with Shaquille O''Neal's non-for-profit outreach organization for the last five years, hosting songwriting workshops and performing at Shaqtacular, a mega entertainment fundraising extravaganza that supported community oriented programs to serve youth.

J.Flexx is now part of the Long Live Crime Records family - his debut release "Billboard Dreams" will be hitting the stores March 27th 07.
