A Southwest Florida Clear Channel Radio Station-105.5 The Beat Jamz, a 105.5 The Beat-Clear channel Radio Manager and a Beat Jamz Employee personally and verbally authorized an unauthorized filming of "CrunkFest 3". a concert event featuring hip-hop and rap artists The YoungBloodz, Mike Jones, Cuban Link, Tone Loc and many others.

They invited The Reality TV Show---- WinYourOwnTVshow.com Presents: The Cipher Show, to film the event. After the event was filmed and edited, 105.5 The Beat realized they did not have proper clearance from Record Labels, Management and The Artists, to film the event and in effect, Clear channel Radio has huge violations of copyright and trademark infringement of each artist who performed that night. Crowd participants were also filmed, without proper consent. The Cipher Show was caught in the middle of this situation when they were verbally assured all clearance had been taken care of.

A 105.5 The Beat Jamz/Clear channel Radio Manager and a Beat Jamz Employee are on film, hosting The Cipher Show during the event, even holding the microphone, performing interviews and talking to the camera, leading people through the event. Now they are demanding the tapes back from WinYourOwnTVshow.com Presents: The Cipher Show. An edited segment of this concert was leaked online and viewed over 700 times. It is unknown if the video segment was downloaded.
