Back on 12-13-04 we mentioned that legendary west coast rap label Death Row Records’, CEO Marion ‘Suge’ Knight had officially announced the upcoming release of a new album entitled ‘The Very Best of Death Row’.

Tracklist and cover art will be coming real soon.

The last official release from Death Row Records was late rapper Tupac Shakur’s ‘Tupac Live’.

Marion ‘Suge’ Knight and Death Row Records pushed the release date forward 4 days for ‘Tupac Live’ because of internet bootlegging. It was released this past August.

Due to the recent events that occurred with the new Tupac release ‘Loyal to the Game’ (Amaru/Interscope), bootlegging will most likely be a concern with this Death Row release also. It is a growing trend in hip hop and rap and other areas also.

Support the west coast and Death Row Records and BUY the album. Do not ‘steal’ it by downloading any early releases that may hit the internet.
