NY rap artist Fat Joe has changed the release date of his upcoming album "All Or Nothing," to May 24th. Due to sample clearance issues on two songs, Joe decided to push his album back one month rather than taking those songs off his highly anticipated upcoming album.

This album is being released just 9 months after he recorded and released the biggest song of his career with his #1-charting Grammy nominated single, "Lean Back." The video was #1 on BET and MTV and received over 13,000 radio spins per week at its height.

"All Or Nothing" features collaborations with R. Kelly, Jennifer Lopez, Nelly, Mashonda as well as production from Cool & Dre, Timbaland, Scott Storch, DJ Khaled and more.

Fat Joe's video for "So Much More" has been added to MTV, as well as MTV2's highly coveted "Elite 8." The clip is also in rotation on MTV Jamz and BET where the making of the video was featured on the channel's "Access Granted" show. Also, this past weekend MTV aired its "Fat Joe All Or Nothing Undercover" 1/2 hour Spring Break Special. Other upcoming highlights for Fat Joe include his current tour with Nelly and T.I. as well as the May cover of XXL Magazine where Joe talks candidly about 50 Cent and much more.
