Beautiful hip-hop female rap artist Foxy Brown made a jaw-dropping entrance, a soulful exit and in between she managed to turn down a no-jail plea deal on charges she nailed two manicurists.

The stylish rap artist pulled up to Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday in a shiny silver Bentley and emerged in a black-and-white Chanel dress belted with faux pearls, Chanel sunglasses, Chanel high-heeled pumps, a black leather Chanel handbag and - what else? - Chanel perfume.

Manhattan prosecutors told Judge Melissa Jackson they offered the 25-year-old rap star a deal to stay out of jail if she pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching and kicking manicurist Myoung Yi and salon manager Sun Ji Song at Bloomie Nails in Chelsea on Aug. 29 after a payment dispute.

After she exchanged long whispers with her defense attorney, Joseph Tacopina, Brown declined the deal.

"It might be a sweetheart deal if you are guilty, but she is not," Tacopina said outside court.

"I''m confident in the criminal justice system," said Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand. "I''m confident I will be exonerated."

Brown said she was concentrating on recording her new album, "Black Rose," for release in July. Before sashaying off, Brown sang the praises of her lawyer, giving a preview of a chorus on the upcoming CD.

"If you ain''t catch me with the nina [slang for a 9-mm. pistol], I ain''t guilty, that's why I hired Tacopina," Brown rapped.

Tacopina assumed a hip-hop stance, fingerpointing with both hands, and said, "That's it!"
