G-Unit Rap Artist Ordered To Stand Trial Print

Rap artist and member of the hip-hop group G-Unit, Young Buck whose given name is David Darnell Brown, will be arraigned today on assault charges.

Superior Court Judge James Dabney found sufficient evidence on Monday to try the 24-year-old Brown, who was ordered to stand trial for the assault, Young Buck is scheduled to be arraigned today (Tuesday).

Rapper Young Buck allegedly stabbed 26-year-old Los Angeles native Jimmy James Johnson, after Johnson allegedly punched hip-hop rap producer Dr Dre, during the November 15th taping of the Vibe Awards Ceremony at the Santa Monica Municipal Airport hangar.

The rap artists’ attorney Leonard Levine .said "We''re confident when all the truth comes out, he''ll be exonerated,"

Young Buck has pleaded not guilty to the assault charge.

Young Buck is signed to Dr Dre's record label as part of 50 Cents group G-Unit.
