Chanel Gaither slapped hip-hop / rap entrepreneur Sean "P. Diddy" Combs'' clothing company with a sexual-harassment suit yesterday, claiming her supervisor made lewd comments; including suggesting that she was into bondage.

Chanel Gaither of Sean John Inc. said she was stunned when her boss, Sloan Macedo, humiliated her with sexually graphic remarks about a month after she became a full-time employee.

"You''re a freak. Everybody thinks that you are quiet and innocent, but you probably have a leather mask and whip," Macedo told Gaither, according to her civil-rights complaint filed in Manhattan federal court.

She charged that Macedo would boast how he and his wife had sex in their back yard, adding he simulated an "oral sex act" in front of her and other subordinates.

Macedo also asked Gaither whether she was "going to have a quicky today," adding that "Chanel is going to a hotel to get some," the suit said.

Gaither is demanding unspecified damages.

A spokesman for Bad Boy Records CEO and the Sean John  owner P. Diddy said, "No allegations were made against Mr. Combs. This is a merit less case by an employee who was at the company less than two months and where the EEOC [federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission] declined to pursue her case."
