This documentary is filled with exclusive and never before seen footage of the charismatic and complex Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes and captures the final month in the life of one of hip hop cultures most loved and missed performers.

Produced and directed by Academy Award nominee Lauren Lazin, who is famous in hip hop culture for her writing and directing for the film on hip hop icon Tupac (2Pac); Tupac Resurrection in 2003, and for her work at MTV.

What emerges is an intimate and surprising journey into the soul of a beautiful, talented and still-provocative hip hop and R&B figure.
