It is hip-hop, R&B artist and actress Ashanti’s turn now to feel the ‘bad luck’ that seems to be following the Murder Inc. family these days.
The beautiful hip-hop, R&B singer and actress Asanti, has had a judgment ordered against her by a federal jury in New York, to pay her first music producer Genard Parker $630,000 in back royalties in his breach-of-contract suit against her.
Hip-hop rap artist and actor Ja Rule's return to Los Angeles was marred by violence and security issues when Ja Rule took to the stage at the legendary House Of Blues last Friday night. Earlier last week the Post reported that hip-hop rap artist and actor Ja Rule is now the target of the Brooklyn federal prosecutors. Federal prosecutors have taken over the investigation into the ‘caught-on-tape’ shootings of two men, one fatally, outside a popular midtown Manhattan LQ nightclub after a party for Ja Rule last Christmas. This along with hip-hop, rap and R&B record label CEO, Irv "Gotti" Lorenzo, the founder of Murder Inc. and his brother’s money laundering accusations and other legal troubles things are not looking good for the once powerful Inc. family. |
